It's a funny thing.
I was all packed up and ready to leave the US 3 months before my flight back to Brazil. I stuffed what I could in 2 suitcases, 1 carry-on, and 1 huge handbag. Then, I donated part of what was considered unnecessary (heavy winter coats in Brazil, anyone?) to the salvation army, and part to someone's cleaning lady's church. Oh, and my books went in a cardboard box and were shipped to me. Can't leave the babies behind; although, they're staying in Brasil this time. :( Momma gonna travel solo. No, I lie. The kindle will be traveling too. I feel like the biggest cheater ever for taking the kindle and leaving my beautiful, beautiful books behind.

Now, back to packing, I'll start my trip to Canada in two weeks (I say start the trip because I'll be stopping in BH and SP before flying out), and I haven't even started thinking about what I'm going to take, and how I'll manage not to dismount my packing and still get what I'll need in my 2 stops. I'm packing in my mind, it's beautifully done in mind, but my mind-packing isn't even a little realistic, just a bunch of random thoughts on what my suitcase will look like once packed.
Yes, the plan is to pack one suitcase with all my crap. Could I be any more unrealistic? I really need to start getting myself, and my stuff, together. Packing just kind of sucks. It feels like I'm always packing, and at the same time like I'm not packing nearly as much as I would really like.
Again, it's the least and most fun of my problems. I'm ranting just for the sake of it. Pure gibberish.
